Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Daysi – your family calendar. The following terms and conditions are between you as administrator and family members and the company Daysi ApS (daysi.dk). This constitutes a legally binding agreement that governs your use of the “Daysi Family Calendar” hereinafter referred to as “the Service”, in addition to its software, services, service, website, etc. Daysi ApS gives you access to the service subject to acceptance of Daysi ApS’s terms and conditions, including agreement on confidentiality, abuse, end user license agreement applicable to the device.
Collectively referred to as “Terms” that may be amended from time to time and apply to your use of the service. This term of service and responsibility governs the relationship with users and others interacting with Daysi – your family calendar. By using or accessing Daysi, you and your family members agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy)
Your privacy and discretion are very important to us. All information remains in a closed circuit on our servers. Privacy Policy is designed based on a user-friendly method of sharing your information with your family members as well as information about – what information is available to Daysi ApS.

2. User Account
To use Daysi, you must create a “user account” (administrator). After that you can create relevant family members, friends, etc. The service has no responsibility for the information in your user accounts is correct and updated. In connection with the creation, select a password. The password is personal and must be treated confidentially.
If you experience abuse of either a password or user account, you must contact the service (Daysi ApS) without obligation, whose contact information is provided at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions. As an “administrator” you must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Inactivation, deletion of account
If you do not want your user account to be active longer, you have the option to make it inactive. The inactivation means that it is no longer available for user account members. However, the user account will still be available by the administrator for a recovery within 6 months. If this does not happen, it will automatically be deleted on the server’s server.
Daysi ApS reserves the right to delete the account if subscription (payment) of service ceases.
4. Rights
Daysi ApS is the proprietor of all rights, including property rights, copyright to “Daysi” – your family calendar “! By using or installing “Daysi”, you agree to this “Terms and Conditions” and obtain a non-exclusive, recalculable right to use “Daysi”. The right of use is conditional upon you and your affiliated members of the family constantly accepting the terms and conditions for the use of Daysi. If you or family members cannot accept this “Terms” – the use of “Daysi” must cease to end.
5. Limitation of Liability
Daysi – your family calendar is made available for download as it is and exists and in the form at any time. Daysi ApS strives for the service to be available at any time but does not guarantee this. Daysi ApS cannot be held liable for failure, malfunction, breakdown or similar, regardless of which Daysi ApS could have avoided.
The use of “Daysi” occurs at the user’s (family) sole responsibility and at their own risk. Daysi ApS cannot be held liable for any user or user’s use of “Daysi” or lack of access to the service at any time or case.
Daysi ApS is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information contained in “Daysi”! Daysi ApS is also not liable for any loss arising from actions or omissions made in confidence with the information contained in “Daysi”.
In no cases are Daysi ApS responsible for the “user content” the user himself creates in “Daysi”. This applies to loss arising from actions or omissions – made in confidence to the information contained in “Daysi” or lack of the same.
In no cases may Daysi ApS be liable for indirect loss, including but not limited to consequential loss, loss of earnings, loss of data or other loss to the user or third party.
In the event that Daysi ApS, in spite of the liability of the above liability, may become liable, the liability of Daysi Aps is limited to an amount equal to ½ year subscription.
6. Changes to Terms of Use
Daysi ApS reserves the right to change the “Terms and Conditions”. If Daysi ApS changes these terms, you will be notified of this in a direct email to the administrator. If you do not accept the submitted revised terms, you will not be able to continue to use “Daysi”.
7. Changes to the software to “Daysi”
Daysi ApS will periodically update the system with new initiatives and improvements.
There are changes in functionality, design, new features, etc., all to improve “Daysi” to one of the world’s best family calendars for smartphones.
Users will be regularly informed about these updates, which will either be auto by “log-in” or forwarded per. email. At the same time, users will accept the sending of emails of either orientation or direct up-date.
8. Payments
Download and use of “Daysi” is free for a certain period. Subsequently, a subscription will be charged.
9. Disputes
Any dispute between Daysi ApS and the user (administrator) shall as far as possible be resolved in simplicity.
If a possible case cannot be resolved in simplicity, a case must be settled by the Danish courts. In such a case, the case must be submitted to the Court of First Instance in Roskilde.
